Twice Baked Tasty Cheddar and Chive Cheese Soufflé set on Mixed Dressed Leaves

Chef’s Gravadlax dressed with a Horseradish and Pink Peppercorn Vinaigrette, Bread and Butter
and Sherry Vinaigrette, topped with a Lightly Poached Egg

Selection of Cured Meats with a Mild Mustard and Onion Relish


Filo Parcel filled with Goats Cheese, Sunblush Tomato and Fresh Basil served on Dressed Mixed Leaves and finished with Sweetened Balsamic

Roasted Rack of ‘Priddy Good’ Lamb with a Port and Garlic Just served with Paysanne Potatoes,

Guinea Fowl Supreme wrapped in Parma Ham set on a Fondant Potato with a Button Mushroom, Bacon and Cream Sauce served with Fresh Vegetables


Pan-Fried Monkfish set on Dill and Lime Crushed Potatoes with a Saffron, Chive and Cream Sauce


Char-Grilled ‘Priddy Good’ 8oz Rib-Eye Steak cooked to your liking with either a Blue Cheese Sauce or Brandy and Peppercorn Sauce served with Hand-Cut Fries, Dressed Leaves and Beer Battered Onion Rings
