The Fountain Inn & Boxers Restaurant is at the high end of the gastro pub market
& is well known for it’s quality food using fresh produce.

The successful applicant will;

Be qualified to C&G 706 1&2 or NVQ level 3 (A working interview can be arranged for applicants who do not possess relevant qualifications)
Assist the Head Chef & be confident to take charge during their absence
Have experience in a similar environment
Be able to perform well under pressure as part of a small & dedicated team
Have a creative interest in cooking
Be well motivated
Possess an excellent standard in hygiene

You will need to be bubbly and friendly, with bags of enthusiasm, a forward-thinking attitude and commitment. Previous experience of at least two years is essential.

Hotel Receptionist

Due to increased business levels, we require a full time receptionist to join our friendly and efficient team.

Duties include all hotel reception and reservations responsibilities plus a 'hands-on' role in Anton's Bistrot.

Applicants should have hotel reception, waiting-on or relevant experience; dedication to customer services, a responsible attitude and lots of energy!
